By downloading, installing, or using the Droomverklaring ("Dream Interpretation") mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Droomverklaring.

Description of Service

Droomverklaring is a mobile application that provides AI-powered dream interpretation services. Our service includes:

• Dream journal functionality
• AI-generated dream interpretations
• Personal dream history and statistics
• Credit-based and subscription-based access models

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• Accounts are created automatically using your device identifier
• No email or personal information required for basic functionality
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use Policy

You May:

• Use the service for personal dream interpretation
• Share interpretations for personal discussion
• Export your own dream data

You May Not:

• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Share your account access with others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the service to harass or harm others

Purchases and Payments

Credits and Subscriptions

• Credits are used to generate dream interpretations
• Subscriptions provide monthly credit allowances
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Prices are displayed in your local currency

Billing and Refunds

• All billing is handled by Apple or Google
• Refund policies follow App Store or Play Store guidelines
• Unused credits do not expire during active subscription periods
• Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Basic Monthly: 5 interpretations per month, renews monthly
• Plus Monthly: 15 interpretations per month, renews monthly
• Premium Monthly: 50 interpretations per month, renews monthly
• Annual Plans: Same monthly amounts, billed annually with 25% savings
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• We own all rights to the app design, code, and functionality
• Our trademark and branding elements are protected
• AI-generated interpretations are provided as-is

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of your dream content
• You grant us license to process dreams for interpretation
• You can delete or export your content at any time

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Dreams are processed by AI without human review
• No personal information is required for basic use
• Data is stored securely and can be deleted anytime

Service Availability

Uptime and Maintenance

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

Feature Changes

• We may add, modify, or remove features with notice
• Major changes will be communicated through the app
• We reserve the right to improve and evolve the service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on dream interpretations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time
• You can request account deletion through the app
• Subscription cancellation follows store policies

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Finally, arbitration or courts in the Netherlands

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through:
